Unlike more traditional goods-to-person solutions on the market today, OPEX Perfect Pick is a completely self-contained, standalone point solution. Comprised of modular, high-density racking, and accompanied by a fleet of autonomous robotic delivery vehicles (iBOTs), Perfect Pick can access every storage location within their aisle - both horizontally and vertically.
iBOTs deliver your inventory directly to a workstation located at one or both ends of the aisle. This direct interface eliminates the need for complex conveyor systems or transfer equipment that may normally occupy valuable space in your organization.
Cortex ECS
The Cortex equipment control system keeps track of local tote/cell inventory, making integration with warehouse management systems (WMS) quick and easy.
iBOT Technology
iBOTS can access every storage location within their aisle – both horizontally and vertically. iBOTs deliver inventory up to 80 lbs. directly to a workstation located at one or both ends of the aisle.
OPEX Workstation
As individual items are picked from Perfect Pick, they are placed directly into shipping boxes or totes on the OPEX Workstation. Each container moves along the conveyors and across zero-height transfers from its pick-to-light location.
