BATTERY QUESTIONS:

If I purchase a battery from you, will you dispose of my scrap battery?
Yes! We will dispose of a scrap battery at no charge if we pick it up when we deliver the new one.

Do you sell used batteries?
Werres has a limited supply of used batteries. We would need to help you evaluate your needs and your equipment. Please contact us at 800-638-6563 or email us.

FORKLIFT QUESTIONS:

Will you demo a forklift at my facility so I can see if it will work in my warehouse?
Of course! We have a demo program and will bring a fork truck to your facility for your operators to try.

Can you quote a forklift to me if I am not in Maryland, Virginia, Eastern West Virginia or D.C.?
If you are interested in a Raymond forklift and you are located outside of this area, go to Dealer Locator function on the Raymond corporate website www.raymondcorp.com to enter your zip code for the Raymond Service Center in your area. If you are with the United States Federal Government, we can help you no matter where you are located.

PARTS QUESTIONS:

Do you have an on-line site where I can order parts?
Not at this time. Please call our Parts Department at 800-937-7716 or email us and one of our trained parts correspondents will assist you.

What is your billing address?

What is your remittance address?

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes! We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

Is financing available?
Yes! Upon credit approval, we can arrange financing through Raymond Leasing Corporation for your Raymond Fork Truck, new or used. We can also put you in touch with other Leasing Companies for other types of equipment you order from us.

Do you offer rent-to-own options?
Yes! Email us and we can discuss a broad spectrum of financing options with you.

Can you accept electronic payments?
Yes! We are registered with quite a few of the major electronic payment companies including Ariba, Textura and Xign.

Do you sell to customers outside the United States?
Generally, no. We are however the exclusive Raymond Electric Forklift distributor to the US Government worldwide.

RENTAL QUESTIONS:

How much does it cost to rent a truck?
Rental prices vary depending on the type of unit and how long the rental period lasts. Email us to discuss your rental needs.

What kind of rental trucks do you have?
A little of everything! Reach trucks, orderpickers (cherry pickers, stock pickers), pallet trucks (walkies) Swing Reach, LP and electric counterbalance trucks.

Do you rent utility vehicles?
Generally, no - but give us a call and we will try to assist you.

SERVICE QUESTIONS:

What is your service coverage area? 
We service the entire state of Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C, as well as the Eastern West Virginia panhandle.

What is your typical response time to service calls?
Our typical response time is less than 4 business hours.

Do you repair fork lift trucks that you don’t sell?
Yes! We repair all brands and types of forklifts (including Crown, Caterpillar, Toyota, Big Joe and Komatsu to name a few) .

How can I get a quote to repair my fork lift truck?

Do you have fork lifts I can use while you're fixing mine?
Yes! We provide discounted rentals.

Can you fix my Golf Cart?
Yes! We service Cushman, E-Z Go, Motrec and other Utility Vehicles and Burden Carriers. Contact us for more information on fixing your cart.

TRAINING QUESTIONS:

Do you offer safety training?
Yes! We offer safety training at your facility using your equipment. Please contact us to schedule a class or for more information.

Do you offer maintenance training?
Absolutely! We can train your technicians at your facility using your equipment. Contact us for more information.

Do you offer Train-the-Trainer Training?
Yes! Contact us for more information.

Can I send my technicians to train at your facility?
Of course! We offer in-house training at our Frederick, MD location as an option if you'd rather come to us.

USED EQUIPMENT QUESTIONS:

Do you take trade-ins?
It really depends on the equipment age and condition. We would be happy to take a look at it and see if it is something we can use. Shoot us an email.

Do you sell used rack and shelving?
Yes, if we can locate good quality rack and shelving that will meet your requirements.

Do you sell Golf Carts?

Do you accept trade-in utility vehicles and golf carts?

Do you have any preventative maintenance programs for my utility vehicles and golf cart?

WARRANTY QUESTIONS:

What type of warranty coverage is provided for Raymond trucks?
Warranties vary depending on the product. Most new trucks are covered for one year. Several of the products carry an extended warranty of three years or 3,000 hours, whichever occurs first. In addition, Raymond now offers a Standard + Warranty on trucks that are covered under scheduled maintenance provided by a Raymond Service Center.
